Boron nitride ceramics has high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high thermal conductivity.There are some applications:

1,Electronics and Electrical Engineering:

• Heat dissipation components: Boron nitride ceramics have an extremely high thermal conductivity (33W/M·K) and are often used to manufacture heat sinks, substrates, etc., 
• Semiconductor devices: As a thermal barrier coating or diffusion barrier layer, it protects semiconductors from high temperatures and impurities.

2,High-temperature application: BN has an extremely high melting point and good thermal shock resistance, making it suitable for high-temperature environments.

• Crucibles and containers: Used for smelting and processing metals, especially non-ferrous metals.
• Thermal radiation and insulation materials: used to protect sensitive components from hot spot radiation.

• Corrosion-resistant equipment: It is used as a corrosion-resistant lining in reaction vessels and pipelines, suitable for environments with molten metals and acids and alkalis.
